Ziad is a third-generation barber and cosmologist from Lebanon, proudly offering barber services that reflect his rich heritage. As an adolescent, he apprenticed under his uncle in Beirut, dedicating himself to mastering his family's traditional barber style. Under his uncle’s guidance, Ziad perfected the art of straight-edge razor shaving, a skill that has been honed over 100 years. 

Determined to further his family's legacy of professional barbers, Ziad sought to enhance his skills and moved to Paris. While studying there, he completed 2,400 hours of work study, earning a diploma from the School of Hairdressing Fashion and Creation. His extensive experience includes runway competitions, wedding consultations, and hairstyles featured in Vogue-affiliated magazines. Additionally, he has challenged himself to master the craft of interview style makeovers. Ziad now brings his expertise back to Boston at Z Barbershop, where he continues to provide exceptional haircuts and barber services.

Mike is a fourth-generation Master Barber offering exceptional barber services with over 20 years of professional experience. He holds licenses across three states and has successfully competed in style competitions for Paul Mitchell, Graham Webb, and others. One of his greatest passions is creating unique haircuts in Boston that perfectly suit an individual’s taste, career, or special occasion. Inspired by his love of old movies, he has perfected his skills in classic, vintage, old style, and regulation military haircuts. He also specializes in longer, more traditional layer cuts. Mike’s unique haircuts have been seen at the Tonys, Emmys, Grammys, CMAs, and the Democratic National Convention. His work has been featured in several publications, including The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, The New Yorker, Field and Stream, Muscle and Fitness, and Southie, as well as news outlets like the Salem Evening News. Additionally, Mike has contributed to theatrical productions such as Guys and Dolls, On the Town, Pippin, and Rent, and has styled for the Gay Men's Chorus of Boston, all from his prominent base at Z Barbershop.

Jon is a master barber offering top-notch barber services and has been providing quality haircuts in Boston for nearly 20 years. He takes a customized approach to every head of hair, making sure to listen carefully to his clients while also sharing valuable advice for newcomers.

Elias is a fourth-generation barber who graduated from the Massachusetts School of Barbering after dedicating 1000 hours to complete his studies. As the nephew of Z Barbershop owner Ziad Raad, Elias grew up watching his uncle and decided to carry on the family tradition. After attending school and apprenticing under his uncle, Elias mastered the craft of barbering, providing top-notch barber services from haircutting to straight razor shaving. Whether you're looking for fresh trendy fades or classic hairstyles, Elias is a skillful barber in Boston who can do it all.
